CHINA, TAIWAN, ULUWATU & SIARGAO DOMINATED BY INDONESIAN RIDERS

The Asian surf scene is heating up — and Indonesia’s riders are leading the charge.

After an incredible performance in China and a powerful showing in Taiwan, it’s clear the next generation of surfers from Indonesia is making serious waves on the Asian ProAm Surf Series (APSS) tour.


Meanwhile, the Uluwatu Boardriders Challenge 2025 brought together the island’s top surfers in flawless conditions, and the Siargao QS6000 brought world-class surf back to the “Surfing Capital of the Philippines.”

SIARGAO QS6000 – PHILIPPINES

Winning a QS6000 event is no small feat — it’s one of the highest levels on the World Surf League Qualifying Series, and a crucial stepping stone toward the elite Challenger Series.


MEN'S DIVISION

 Bronson Meidy — 1st Place, dominating the lineup with unmatched flow and power.


WOMEN’S DIVISION

Ziggy Aloha — 1st Place, combining style and precision to secure her first QS win of the season.

DONGSHA OPEN OF SURFING 2025 – CHINA

Held from October 17–19 at Dongsha Beach, Zhoushan, the Dongsha Open of Surfing saw two Indonesian surfers rise to the top.


MEN'S DIVISION

Dhany Widianto claimed 1st place in both Men’s Shortboard & Longboard divisions, showing incredible consistency across disciplines.


WOMEN’S DIVISION

Dhea Natasya mirrored his success, taking 1st place in both Women’s Shortboard & Longboard, continuing her dominance on the Asian circuit.

TAIWAN  – PINGTUNG JIALESHUEI INTERNATIONAL SURFING COMPETITION

MEN'S DIVISION

Dhany Widianto delivered a historic performance, winning both the Men’s Shortboard and Longboard Divisions with flawless style and control.


WOMEN’S DIVISION

Dhea Natasya continued her dominance with another Longboard win, while Maiko Miyasaka claimed the Shortboard title with power and precision.

ULUWATU BOARDRIDERS CHALLENGE 2025

Down at Uluwatu’s iconic cliffs, the energy was unreal — perfect waves, big crowds, and top local talent lighting it up.


MEN'S DIVISION

Mega Artana powered his way to the Men’s win. Capturing the Men’s crown with an explosive performance.


WOMEN’S DIVISION

Taina Angel Izquierdo took the Women’s crown with smooth, fearless surfing.
