Improve your hip mobility and balance with THE AIRPLANE exercise. Introduced by Dr. Stuart McGill, this effective hip-strengthening movement is commonly used in physical therapy. You can add it to your warm-up routine or incorporate it into your main training for hip stability and balance. The Hip Airplane is a single-leg exercise that primarily works the glutes and muscles around the hips, helping to strengthen and stabilize them.
